What kind of house is it?
Where is it located?
What is the FMV?
Do you have it locked up on paper yet?
You could put Class. Ads on this site and Craigslist...I heard that both are good...
What are you looking to do with the home?
Are you re-selling as is? Are you going to rehab then sell? Are you going to keep for rental?
You may want to check into a hard cash lenders...
Also check craigslist and papers for ads with Headlines, "We buy Houses Any condition for cash!"...

Hello my name is scott I also am new to this and live in ct . I have a house I am haveing a really hard time finding investors in the area ,have a 4000 sq ft home rite now to find a investor for but cant find one.Have you found any in ct yet? Do you have any advise for me?
