KP Investments

I'm a fairly young guy(25) just getting into real estate but found a love for it about 3 years ago. I fell in love with it when I realized that for a couple of hours of work, I could take really good care of my family. I always believed that money should work for you and not the other way around. I'm finally going for my dream and nothing can stop me. I just got married in July of 2009 and we now have 2 children. 17mnths and 2mnths. When I see them, I say to myself, what am I doing sitting down? I should be out securing their futures. Instead, I'm doing something else worth little to no importance. I ordered Dean's books about 2 mnths ago but didn't read them because I allowed the holidays to be my excuse. Now, I'm constantly reading, taking notes, and calling companies up to ask questions. I'm extremely serious about real estate right now and I feel it's my time to get into it before I miss my opportunity. My wife supports and loves me dearly and will be my right hand in this venture. She's very excited as well because she knows anything I put my mind to, it gets done!!! So... with that being said, I'm looking for some local investors and other investors or mentors to get started.
