Hello Everyone

I've always been interested in real estate but never made time to learn about it. I've moved around a bit, to Cincinnati OH & Atlanta GA. Moving back home to Cleveland after a layoff, I thought it was time to start thinking seriously about what I wanted to do. I saw Dean's program and kept putting it off. Then one day, I actually listened to the presentation & purchased the program.

Now I'm looking forward to all the possibilities that following the program can bring.

I'm just over 50 and ready to create something new.

I'll start with this one -- How do the REI Clubs/Groups work? I've heard on some of the videos that people have met and are working together. Is this a good place to start?
