iClosed my first wholesale deal & profited 2k at 20 shortly thereafter on 3/30/11 thanks to Dean's books & programs in less than two years of knowing anything about wholesaling. I barely knew what I was doing but my adverse circumstances propelled me to FAST ACTION! I just kept it simple, find someone that REALLY REALLY wants to sell a house & match them with someone that REALLY REALLY wants to buy a house to profit in the middle & I went out and made it happen. Another huge part of the puzzle is I BELIEVED it would work from the start, so it did. (simple right?) SO, YES Dean's strategies will work if you think they will work which is all mental, I did just that because I HAD to, followed by some consistent physical effort & got results. NECESSITY forced me to act on the edge his knowledge gave me. As I update this it's the day before Thanksgiving this 011 holiday season & our christmas tree goes up, and time makes me feel the need for a sense of urgency in life. Almost 3 years has flown before my eyes feeling as if where did it all the time go. This New Year I will be taking massive action with this new knowledge to create an automated wholesaling print press to live FREE. So just study his strategies, believe in them, and go out & work them as hard as YOU choose and you will make it happen TOO!!!

Staying active on the website and participating in forums is definitely motivating and you can get so much inspiration from these incredible members! I know that if I hadnt taken action and made myself part of the website I may have just kept putting everything off until eventually it was no longer an option in my mind. Dont let that happen!
I am 23 and in a huge disappointing mess! I should have my life together but I dont. I live with my mother her husband two siblings and my fiance. Its embarassing. Youre only 19 though! if I had this opportunity at 19 just imagine where i'd be now??!! That will be you if you just take action.
