Does anybody know about this?

I know of it, but not about it. My wofe's ex has been diagnoesed with bladder cancer. He has his properties inhis will, but I know this is not a good idea. Who knows about trusts, with respect to real estate, and how they can mitigate the effects of probate court? Or am I all wet?

I tried to answer you months before but got my hand slapped due to content and just didn't get back to you.

basically, this is my plan; a 5-year plan consisting of:
Education/Wholesaling
Education/Buy&Sell
Education/Buy&Hold
After 5 years, have REportfolio that will sustain my wife and I into our retirement and beyond...

Of course, funding is an issue right now for buy/sell (rehab).

Wholesaling is my current strategy that I am working. I've partnered with a local realtor/broker and am looking at HUD homes exclusively. since he is NAID qualified, he can submit the bids for me, but agian, funding is an issue. It really is a "chcicken and the egg" situation...any suggestions? I'm in Miami, FL.
