My name is Simone S. Gray. I am a wife and mother, I have two beautiful children my daughter is 14 and my son is 11. I have THE BEST HUSBAND in the world, he loves, supports and motivates ME. God has Blesses me with GREAT Family!!! We currently live in Brooklyn, New York. I recently left my job of 11 years, I worked for Verizon Communications as a Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative. I deceided to leave Corporate America, it's just not for ME. The only experience I have being a REI is from all of Deans books. I purchased be a Real Estate Millionaire back in 2009 and just read it June 2011. I have this strong gut feeling that I am going to be successful and wealthy!!!! I recently joined Deans Success Academy, I am truly excited and look forward to learning and doing!!!!

Hi, My name is Simone and I just finished reading Deans Book!!!! I am so excited, anxious, nervous and ready all at the same time....
I have a property that is right next door to me that is in foreclosure or about to be in foreclosure. It's a Multi Family build in 1920 , 6bedroom 3 bathrooms and partial driveway. I know someone would buy this, this would be the perfect assignment and contract for me.... Any suggestions...Where do I start?
