I am e reservist with the US Navy attached to a Seabee Batallion (NMCB22). Im a Graphic Design Student at UT El Paso. Im fairly new to Real Estate and to be quite honest, also a little scared, mainly since this is something that is indeed NEW to me.

Most all of us start out scared.

Just do a lot of reading here and Dean's books and you will learn a tremendous amount.

And you can always ask questions. Everyone is here working together.

First of all thank you for your words of encouragement.

I do have a question. I'm having a very hard time finding lenders who will take me seriously, as stated in my bio, I dont have much experience. anything you can tell me or any lenders that you know work well with people like who are just starting out? I've already linked up with a local Realtor, but as you know, with no funding, there is no deal
