Hi my name is Jarrad and I was just wondering if you were interested in buying any homes in the Savannah Ga area.

I find properties all the time at 45-65% of FMV and they are usually located close to or in areas where students from the several local collages are interested in staying so there is an endless supply of tenants.
I also have two very well known local contracting companies who are ready to make any repairs to fix and flips or just to put a face lift on any rental properties that we may need at below fare pricing.
