I'm just about to enter my first deal, for a multifamily home. I'm a virgin. I want to make sure I come out of this deal on top. What do I need to watch out for? Title?Tax? Leins? what does escrow do? I don't have great credit but I have a partner with the quote, "show money", I'm coming with the closing cost. Will it be easy for me to add my name to the final deal? Please help.
