Thank you very much Dean. I apologize for not being around for a while, but everytime I visit this site I am reminded of why I want to change my life. Everything here is sooooooooooooooo amazing. I am still trying to get started, but I try to visit every week to at least listen to your blogs.

I did get a little disappointed when I saw in my email that you guys haven't been send me information about changes and updates and the like. Believe it or not, this was one way that kept me coming to the site. I am so grateful you and your team created such a place where I can literally get excited with someelse about Real Estate. I would not change a thing about this site, I just need to log in more often and gain full benefits of what it has to offer. God Bless you and your team.

WHAT Is and how does a reverse mortgage work? any help? I HAVE HEARD IT CAN RETURN YOU MONEY TO INVEST AS LONG AS IT'S PAID OFF,IS THAT right?

Has the search feature ever worked? I see people being referred to it many times, yet, in the few times I've tried to use it, I keep getting an error message.

If it matters, my browser is Firefox thru DSL.

Why do most home bases businesses never work? After all, millions of people, all over the world, have joined an opportunity or started a business of working from home. Some of the biggest names include Carlton Sheets, Dean Graziosi, Amway, Quixtar, Herbalife, Pampered Chef, Avon, Tastefully Simple. Is it the business plan that fails? Are they just scams? Are you a failure?

In reality, the companies listed above have produced dozens of success stories. They have good business plans and definitely are not scams. Chances are that you are not a failure.

So then, what is the problem?

I think we should have a new forum topic about investimg in commercial, APT, Shopping centers, Mobile home parks, ect.

I thought if you sent a private message to someone on here they would be able to read your e-mail address. I just made an attempt at sending my personal e-mail address to a member here on the site and after sending the message I notice that part of my e-mail address is not present in the private message I sent to the member. What am I doing wrong?
