HI, IM jjay ,thou Im not completly new,I think ive been overly causaus,in my approch to this real estate thing,Ive just read this e-maile from Dean on Matt Larson,and a guy who climbs this mountin every TWO months or so,thats great stuff Carol Stensin her story has gotten me to do some thing,Its all good it is about the Action that I needed to do so I took the action To start with birddoging propertyes,to get in volved in the prosess of doing,listening ,reading ,has help me pass some of the Fear of the unknow,knowing someone is there and i can do some things for them,geting better understanding of all of this stuff. thanks for Dean"s e-mailes, and Carols help,Im hoping to move forward with this real estate investing,I do see the possoble.......JJAY ...my owen stuff is yet to be seen??
