learning to use the web site

Hi Guys, I need to spend more time at the computer to learn how to use the web site. I want to know how to find something I've posted on the Forum. I'd like to know how to print out some great info found on the forum. If you can help I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Randy

Welcome to the family, Randy.

Click the link 'My account'. Then right below your name(at the top) there are some tabs. Click track. That will take you to a list of all places you have posted.

Creating a Free Website help

Hi,
I am not able to find the link to create a free website
that Dean offers his students.

Is it really free? to build and to have it functioning?
or is there a fee for the hosting?

Thanks,

Kelly

Hi,

Here is a thread that will help you to begin to make the most of the site. There is so much, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Smiling

Welcome and good luck with your RE investing!

Kelly, this is a great question which will probably never get noticed in the middle of someone else's forum topic. Sad

If you have a really great question like this, you should start your own Forum Topic with a catchy title, like hmmm, "Creating a Free Website - help". Hopefully this will catch the eye of someone who can give you the information that you need. (Post early in the day, chances are more people will see it) Smiling

Oh, at the top of the left hand panel of the home page, in the "Main Sections" panel, there is a "Real Estate Forums" option ... this is where you go to start a new Forum Topic.

Randy,

Hi,

In addition to Scott's info., when you see a new topic that interests you make sure that you "bookmark" it (click on the bookmark link at the bottom, right hand side of the first box in any Forum Topic) this will help you to get back to the thread at a later date.

The "track" feature on your account page will only give you a link to a thread that you have actually posted in.

Angela

Thanks for your help
