I wanted to make a request. I think a live real estate chat box would be a big plus for all of us here on the board. Sometimes it would be handy to be able to come here live and get a question answered immediatly or be able to say hello. New people could really benefit too from being able to talk in real time to a lot of us here on the board.

I saw your post this morning about more people losing their jobs and how the way unemployment numbers are increasing and how can we hope to find people who we can count on to pay the rent.

I am new to real estate investing having just bought Dean's Be A Real Estate Millionaire and signing up for the Success Academy. I am very excited about getting started. My challenge though is that I am not living in the United States (will be migrating there in the next few years). But I wanted to get a jumpstart with real estate for when I move there.

Can anyone offer advise on the best ways to get started from outside of the US? I am also looking to network with other non-US based RE investors.
