Local Networking and Discussion

I am new and am focused on assigning and bird dogging. I am still looking for anyone in my area actually doing these deals so I can find out what, if any, special laws and such I may need to be aware of for my geographic area.

I also need to develop my power team and look forward to chatting with people in my area in REI and affiliated careers. I will be attending upcoming club meetings by REAPS and REIA in January.

Meanwhile you can try and locate other members by going to the "Main Sections" (top left)under REI Clubs/Groups and find your state and try to network.

I made the move from the east coast out here to AZ living near Tucson. I wanted to make this thread because I'm interested in partnering up with someone out here, gonig to REI club meetings and making something happen in REI for myself and someone (or others) that also what to get rolling.

I've already seen LOTS of great deals out here and have been talking with various agents and homeowners and looking at some FSBO deals as well.

I'm an investor in the Henry County and Clayton County area of Georgia. I am looking to partner up with a seasoned investor in Fayetteville, NC and the surrounding area for some quick (flipping), money-making deals.
