Real Estate Investors side project Makes him extra money
April 28th, 2013 | posted by JasonBly23My wholesaling business partner Chris is working on this side project and made about $1200 extra in 2 weeks part-time and $500 just last night alone while still working on flipping houses.
We are working with a few other Real Estate Investors on this side project and we are looking for a few more sharp Real Estate Investors open to making some extra money. This will not interfere with what your currently doing.
If you happen to be interested or now somebody that would be interested. Please send me a message
The secret revealed! How will your story end?
April 26th, 2013 | posted by bamagirl6730As I sit on the balcony of my room at the Fire Sky Resort in AZ at 2:43 a.m., been up a little over an hour…...just couldn’t sleep. Got some work done, offers in, correspondences to emails, etc. I couldn’t help but feeling a bit overwhelmed. Not in a work sense, but a fullness at every capacity. I came in the day before the Edge because quite honestly the event is magnificent none less than intoxicating and I love getting to opportunity to meet, connect and network with the incredible DG family before, during and after this event. I was reflecting over some of the conversations today and one that I had in particular was from this incredibly sweet lady that when she approached me, I recognized from last years Edge. It’s funny how something so small can be so profound.

New Investor Here
April 25th, 2013 | posted by da_macsterJust to let you know I'm completely here, and I posted the same topic in one of the forum sections but strangely I couldn't find it despite my multiple attempts. In other words, I'm not sure if I did something wrong or not. So if you guys do find it, I apologize since I didn't mean to post the same topic twice.
Anyway...
I'm currently reading "30 Days Real Estate Cash" and I'm still in the "calling real estate agents" part. I followed the script found in the book word for word and I managed to talk to two agents which unfortunately didn't go that far, so I would like anyone to examine my situations and see what and how they would react differently. I shall call the two agents Agent A and Agent B.

When things in your life seem almost too much to handle
April 20th, 2013 | posted by dominoafektFound this story on the internet, thought I would share! Dean also explain this in one of his weekly wisdom's. Read below:
When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day is not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and two cups of coffee.
A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and fills it with golf balls.
He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.
The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured it into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.
He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
Pay for partner or project manager
April 20th, 2013 | posted by sandibootsJust want to know what people have paid.
If you find a home and bird dog it out, then you are hired for project manager, but you are always from the beginning, called a partner. How does this person get paid.
Do they just get paid in the beginning a flat fee for managing rehab?
Had a couple buyers from Madison offer 50% of the profit, plus money to find and rehab.
And was shocked to hear other buyers offered me and another investor, fees for finding, a fee if we do the rehabbing, and then 50% at the end.
So what is fair.
I didn't expect anything more at the end, but one partner mentioned it on what we would be making at the end.
