Dean I need a second profile taken off insider's elite, I have tried to get it down, but they say they can't do it! Please help me get the second profile down. The one I need down is the older one with my name spelled out. Thanks. Second profile is new that has first initial and last name together so please don't delete that one.

Dean, I joined insiders elite before and recently joined again. I called the support line but they said they will have to contact your offices as they don't have the admin to correct the second profile I have on the site.

It is causing problems in that people send emails to the old profile? Can you please remove the old profile that has the my first name and second name spelled out, as that is the older profile. Thank you! my new profile is only my first initial connected to my last name. Tammy

Hey everyone! I just have a quick question. I have been working with my realtor and i have found a great property that i want to make an offer on. I told her i was ready to make an offer on the property and what i was willing to pay do to my comps of the area. here is what she wrote back:

I need a couple of pieces of info from you:

$1000 Earnest Money okay? Would like this to be in cash form if at all possible.
$26,500 in cash at closing?
Inspections? If yes, whole house, radon, termite? Buyer pays for these.
Just let me know so that I can finish up the offer.

There are numerous Real Estate Investor Associations, Groups, Clubs across the U.S. and Canada, and in some other countries. These groups provide education, network, and community for real estate investors. There are a few websites that post contact information for these organizations, including www.creonline.com, www.reiclub.com, and www.meetup.com. If there is a REIA close to you, we encourage you to attend meetings and become involved with the group.

Hi there - you replied to the messages topic "New Member From Canada" and your reply was really appreciated. So we assumed that you were okay with receiving a question about "wholesaling".

It is bascally two questions that beginners would have.

There is often mention on this site about that for "wholsaling" that you find deals that nobody else can find or something like that - if that is so then why do you have to talk to real estate agents to find deals if they say that you find deals that nobody else is able to?

Also would buyers be interested in talking with you [complete stranger] and not prefer to talk to a real estate agent in order to find some kind of deal and purchase a home with instead of talking to you?
