3 Reasons Postcards are the Best Way to Advertise

When I say postcard, maybe you think of the old fashioned, jagged edged dull pieces of card stock. Think again! Today's postcards are vibrant, high-impact creations with clip art so real that it'll jump off the page at you. And the best thing about them...
1. They're Short and Personal
Let's face it, people just don't have time to sort through a lot of advertisements and junk mail. If the truth be known, they immediately identify ads and pitch them into the trash without ever slitting the envelope.

Exit Strategies

Exit Strategies Part 1
by Jeff Jensen

The “Gain the Edge” conference in Phoenix a few months back was incredible! As Dean’s consultants, we had a great time meeting everyone as well as presenting. The subject I addressed was Exit Strategies, and since the conference I have received numerous calls on how a new investor should determine their initial investment technique and where to focus their time. Dean and I went over this again during the June Phone Conference for students that couldn’t make “Gain the Edge”. This post will recap what I covered during those events

Hi Everyone,
I would like to know if anyone has any ideas for a script for FSBO's or sellers who are not in or facing foreclosure but who's home has been on the market for a long time and just want to sell their home fast. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Marketing Idea

We made a flyer with the local free summer concerts in our area. On a side bar I put our contact information and toll free number. We will be handing out 500 of them at the local fireworks display in town. Who wouldn't want a list of free concerts! I understand that you usually only receive a return of 3% to 5% on advertising such as this. But in our business that could be thousands of dollars in profits!

I would like to hear others ideas on Marketing in todays market.
