Confused about ALL the questions when THE BOOK is supposed to be SO EZ?

As a man thinking of buying Dean's book...

I am confused about by the multitude of questions here when THE BOOK is supposed to be SO EZ to use, understand, and apply?

Don't get me wrong; the forums look GREAT for help but...

As I think about buying Dean's book after watching his TV info spot I am suspicious about WHY the need so MANY questions if the book is so easy to read, use, understand and apply?

Success Never Goes On Sale

One of my favorite quotes is "success never goes on sale, you have to be willing to pay full price". That statement is so true. I meet a lot of people who want to get rich quick and just don't want to put a lot of work into creating lump sums of cash or monthly cashflow. Sadly, when I show them how to create cash out of thin air using some of Dean's techniques, it often seems to difficult or they work at it for 1 week and they haven't become a millionaire yet so they quit. I can promise you that you won't find "success" in the 1/2 off sales rack or at a yard sale.

Law Of Momentum

The Law of Momentum is very similar to Newtons Law in my opinion. An object at rest tends to stay at rest, an object in motion tends to stay in motion. When I started buying real estate in the beginning it was really, really hard. I looked at tons of property and had no idea if what I was looking at was a good deal. I didn't know anything about real estate and when I bought my first rental property I was still living in an apartment that was about 300 square feet. I had never even rolled a roller paint brush!

possibly going to closing

Hi, I am possibly going to settlement soon and have a contract on my house. I will be totally fullfilled to make my profit. I am getting very excited. I want to get into something else while settlement awaits but what should i do. Anyone have any ideas. I am alittle scared to take the plunge because i feel as if i have to have direction.Someone help. I don't know which is better foreclosures or lease purchase. Thanks, cindy.

Opinions?

I hadn't seen this book by Dean until now. How good is it?
