How are you supposed to or may I ask how/on what terms do you cut in RE Agents ?? Any basic guidelines?
I always hear "theres never a deal til all parties get what they want??" Im currently in 30 days to Cash Profits. Did I miss something??

I would like to go back to the seller to reduce price by a few thousand so I can make a little more. The owner is a absentee out out of state owner house vacant for a year. I was thinking that my mold man inspected the attic and wow!!! its going take $10,000 to clean it up or see if she will meet me half way or something along those lines any negotiating tips would be greatly appreciated

December 29th, 2011 | posted by TheDiceManIs it a good idea to put an addendum in our contract that allows us to market the house once we have it under contract or do banks look at that negatively. I think what I'm dealing with now is a bank foreclosurer.
