Were it says Conveyance and Closing do you put the days till closing (like 14-30 grace period to find a buyer).
The last three pages is what I needed to know what to fill out. Besides Buyer and Seller sign at. I got the info from another thread but these are the parts that wasn't finish.

question from a realtor about offers

I was talking to a realtor about getting listings and she sent the above in return. I have little to no money available. How do I answer this without letting her know I want to wholesale or assign the deal? I don't want to give away that I'm a newbie looking for my first deal.

What is the best way to find an escrow account that I can use for ALL my offers ??
EDIT: I just got off the phone with 2 of my local REIA board members. It really is crazy how closed minded they were. It seems people are really STUCK in conventional real estate thinking...
I got a couple leads I'm going to follow for local escrow accounts. LOCAL banks seem to be te way to go...
