Living in a rental property you own

I own a corporation for my investments, but I never thought of this before.....can I use one of my rentals as my primary residence? In other words, can I have the business purchase my home and then rent it to myself? Thanks to anyone who responds!

REO's and Escrow Deposit on a CASH Offer...

I am working on getting some REO's to flip. The problem that I am running into is the escrow fee that is being asked for at the acceptance of the offer. I want to do a totally "NO MONEY DOWN" strategy, and I almost have it perfected. I have two sources that I can use for POF and the CASH for my A to B part of the transaction.

The banks won't even look at a deal without the escrow deposit. Does anyone know how to get around this?

Hi Everyone, I am new to Real estate investing and just ordered Dean's books a couple days ago. I don't have money or credit to work with but after reading a lot of forum posts I think I would like to try wholesaling. From what I understood its practically the same amount of work as bird dogging but potential for greater profit. Am I correct?

How do calulate your profit for a short sale

I'm having problem calulate a deal I don't know to use the listing price or the apprasial or the sale price of the property

Lease and contingency

I am trying to find some info about leasing from an owner and assigning to other person. My question is how to protect myself with lease option? If I lock a deal with lease and cannot reassign.
Appreciate help or redirecting to some sources.

Agent asking about proof of funds

One of my first steps was to find agent willing to work with investors. I received some emails back but to tell the true, they seem to have not much interest. I know that to find agent who is willing work with investor doesn't mean this is a right person. They all like to work in very traditional way. "Show me money and I will find you deals" This is not very encouraging.

Sherrif's Sales

Has anyone had any experience with sherrif's sales.
Is there any profit to be made with these??
If purchased would these be best done as assignments??
