People like to do business with those that they know, like and trust… unfortunately building such credibility can take time. You can accelerate the process with the help of others through their testimonials. Take advantage of human nature by getting and using testimonials from satisfied customers. The best testimonials are specific and results oriented.

Remember, you have only two seconds to break through the clutter and seize your reader’s attention. The most forceful clutter buster you can use is to identify and shout out that one thing your reader covets the most.

Your goal is to lead your prospect right up to the boundary of believability.. then stop just short of that boundary and prove your claim. To accomplish this, offer a convincing argument that forces the reader to believe the promise you’ve just made.

Inspecting A Property w/Mold in the Basement - What's your Input on this?

How did you handle that situation, and is it still worth buying the property if theirs "Mold" in it? Please share your experience on this & what the next is to do to take care of this problem. Remember your answers will help others also on how to handle the "Mold" problem. You can also point out other issues that a property could have that it would not be worth buying the property because of that certain problem.

It's a tricky real estate climate nationwide, that's for sure, but in some markets home values are flat. Flat is the new "up" in a recession. Actually, a few rare markets have even seen home values rise in the past year, only eleven nationwide. In markets like this, sellers are getting close to their asking price and are recouping the money they put into their home when they bought it.

Orlando's multifamily-housing market had a 10 percent vacancy rate in June, up slightly from the end of last year, according to a report by CB Richard Ellis.
The average rent for the market through the second quarter was $803, close to 2005 levels, reported M/PF and Torto Wheaton Research. Those rates are expected to remain flat through the end of the year.
Most properties are offering a month's free rent to attract tenants, according to the CBRE report.
