The incredible opportunity for real estate investing just “keeps on keeping on”. There will be an end to it, some day. But, the end is not now

Of course, the media will exaggerate the negative of the last reported month, which will only serve to depress the market a bit longer. It’s been decades since there has been such an incredible opportunity for the ‘Buy and Hold’ or ‘Cash Flow’ investor, but only where there is a decent job market!

I'd dare to make more mistakes next time.
I'd relax, I would limber up.

Limiting beliefs
Have you become addicted to limiting beliefs? Do those limiting beliefs soothe you and comfort you while at the same time holding you back?
In the short term, it can be much easier to tell yourself you can't do it. Yet when you look at the big picture, it's much better to go ahead and do the work of achievement.
You can comfort yourself today by believing that your lack of progress is not your responsibility. However, you'll soon be paying for that short-term comfort with long-term regret.
It is difficult work to acknowledge and follow the best of your possibilities. And it is well worth the effort.
For your dreams are calling to you, and they'll never be satisfied until you do something about them. You have what it takes to reach them, and they know it.

Hello DG community! Since reading Dean's book 1 month ago I have already formed an LLC, have business cards, website is up and running, #800 is set up. I feel like I have everything in place. I'm at the starting line, but which way do I run? What am I missing still? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The "Okay-I'll-give-it-a-try-but-Idon't -think-it-will-work" attitude produces failure. Disbelief is negative power. When the mind disbelieves or doubts, the mind attracts "reasons" to support the disbelief. Doubt, disbelief, the subconscious will to fail, the not really wanting to succeed, is reposible for most failures.Think doubt and fail. Think victory and succeed.
