FINAL DONATION LIST FROM JAN AND JEREMY--UPDATED 2/28/12
February 27th, 2012 | posted by Jan MalekWell it has taken some time to get all the donations in for Dean's Hands Up Program but as of Friday 2/24/12 this is the final list that I have.
I just want to thank all the members of this site that gave to a very worthy cause to give some lucky people a late Christmas gift which I am sure will come in very handy.
You see it wasn't the size of the gifts, it was all about helping someone out, and that is what this great DG site represents. I know for a fact that there were people who sent in donations that could not afford to but sent money anyway, THAT IS WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT.
Attitude
February 22nd, 2012 | posted by scarlsonOur success in real estate and in life for that matter often is the consequence of our beliefs and attitudes. Eliminate self-defeating attitudes and beliefs because they will only hurt you. "Can Do," optimistic, and self-starter attitudes are the signs of a winner. It does not pay to go into a funk over lost deals,or rejections. Depression just slows you down. It pays to develop your will to the point that you become an inner directed individual.John D. Rockefeller, the founder of Standard Oil, and one to the wealthiest men in America kept his own counsel. He did not require the approbation of others to gain success or feel good about himself. He had developed an internal set of standards that governed his actions and to which he was responsible.

If you adopt it as a way of life, it will bring constructive changes into your life, and makes them happier, brighter and more successful. With a positive attitude you see the bright side of life, become optimistic and expect the best to happen. It is certainly a state of mind that is well worth developing and strengthening.
Positive attitude manifests in the following ways:
Positive thinking.
Constructive thinking.
Creative thinking.
Expecting success.
Optimism.
Motivation to accomplish your goals.
Being inspired.
Choosing happiness.
Not giving up.
Don't give up
February 15th, 2012 | posted by scarlsonDo you ever feel like giving up? Giving up on your goals, your dreams, or even life itself? I think we have all felt that way at some point. By Nea Justice
There are those times in life when you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. These dark moments can seem so unbearable, so unbelievably hopeless, that you feel like giving up.
When faced with suffering that’s more than you can endure, do exactly what you think you cannot do. Instead of giving up, prove yourself wrong.
If you feel like you can’t keep moving, take just one more step. If you feel like you can no longer hold on, hold on another millisecond.
