no profile, been here over 2 months without a post prior, multiple posts with the same topic, not enough info, no company or investor prospectus. Tell us something about yourself, how long you've been an investor, what experience you have with rental property, what improvements, if any you'll be making, CAP rates, NOI, do you have any of this info?

No, not new to investing. I been actively investing in multi unit properties over 20 yrs,own over 2 million in property,using Hard/ private money investing, using no money, no credit. I financed all my properties using hard money at 65% Ltv with seller holding the 40% in a 2nd mortgage with no cash from me.(100% FINANCING) Just new to the wholesaling game. I do know there are private investors who will loan you money,and looking for good returns on their money.( not Hard money ) My 2nd post was done accidently,and do not know how to erase it. In the 2 months i been wholesaling ive completed 2 deals,and getting ready to do my third deal. So my questionagain is, does anyone know of any Private individuals who will loan their money for a good return,and become a 50/50 partner when we sell,and put up their own personal funds to invest,and when we sell, we split profits?

So you're not wholesaling the property you're looking for a partner. What's the ROI during the finance period? Or you want to use someone's money for free until you decide to sell the property and then give them 50% of the profit from the sale??? Doesn't sound like anything that the people I know would do.
