OfflineGood Day All! First off, I want to say Hello to everyone here on the site, as this is my very first post!
My success story is very simple!
1)I made a commitment to myself and my family to become a real estate Wholesaler, and pursue a career in real estate using Dean's guidance!!!
After spending 10 years in an Executive Sales position, and creating revenue for other people, I quit my job and have fully devoted myself to being a real estate wholesaler! Before then, I too, was a Matt Larson.. I worked as a machinist for 10 years prior to being recruited into Capitol Equipment Sales.
I am using and implementing all the information Dean and Matt has provided me in the "30 Days to Real Estate Cash", and I can tell you, I have never been more excited in my life!!!! I am currently in week Blue Print Page#3, but have already have built a website, installed a business line, interviewed and found three real estate agents to work with, lined up three solid cash buyers, and ordered my bandit signs!! WOW!! This is really happening, and I have no doubt I will be picking up my first deal check very soon!! More to follow....

Excellent jump start into Investing. I'm glad to see that you're making strides forward. There is no limit to what you can do in Real Estate. You literally can create any life you want.
When I began investing I was earning $11/hr barely making ends meet. I went from financial ruin to having bought and sold over 1,600 properties. You are already getting an idea of things but believe me when I say you really can do anything you set your mind to.
That commitment you made to yourself and your family will be tested many times as you build your business. But, if you stay true to it you will absolutely achieve your dreams!

Yes Chris, there will be many times that my commitment will be tested.. That's why every morning when I pop out of bed, a realign my attitude!!
First off, I remind myself of my "Why"... My "why" can be summed up in one huge word, FREEDOM!!
Secondly, my wife and I list 10 things we are grateful for! This makes a huge difference in what I attract in my life!!
Then, I take a moment to reflect on a vision board my wife and I created together. WE VISUALIZE what its going to feel like achieving our goals.
Quite frankly, I feel pretty much bullet proof when my achievement drive is aligned with my life's goals!!
So Here we go!!

The real estate business is not a get rich quick thing - it's a build wealth over time business.
Stay focused on your goals,network, make offers, refocus on your goals, network, make offers and REPEAT!

Great that you are committed to moving forward. But I will respectfully disagree with you on "is that there is no Santa Claus". Yes, there is a Santa Claus. Santa is all about innocent joy, peace, giving, and caring for other people. Magic does exist and special times and moments. Do not lose the kid in yourself. Believe and it will be.
