You may advise the seller ( agent ) that you are buying today...... you can only buy so many so your going with the first one that accepts. Seems like agents like telling me the same old story.... " we have multiple offers so please submit best and final " so its a little way to give them some of their own medicine!
This is only the beginning!
Take Valuni's advice - keep on working! Be busy when it's slow or when you are waiting. Keep filling the pipeline!
