Has anyone used one of the automatic rent collection systems where it automatic draws from your tenants bank account every month?

We Will

We are in the process of setting this up for our Lease options We will have an automatic payment from their account to our escrow account to pay for the homeowners Payments. This is a Great way of being productive.

I haven't

but, if you provide tenants with your routing #, acct # and type of account, they can direct deposit into your account. I usually put into my lease agreements that they must direct deposit to my account. 3 of my tenants do this and it works great.
