Support notified me that they are working on it.
I know the other DG'ers that contacted me and others will be HOPING this is resolved SOON.
It can be quite embarrassing to send your BUYERS /SELLER to YOUR site and find NOTHING!
Talking about creditability....OUCH!!!!!
Be positive and tell them the 'server' had problems and IS being FIXED.

We have been working on this issue for the last few days. We're experiencing server issues so if you're having problems with one of DG's websites, that's more than likely the root of the problem.
We're working on this and things should be back up and running ASAP. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but know we are working on this for you as quickly as possible.

Probate Finder and Foreclosure Finder web sites have been down for 4 months.
Hi DG Admin, Is the issue with the servers also impacting the 2014 Edge? we have not been able to access it since we purchased it on 5/4....we thought it was an Adobe issue, but after discussing with Adobe and trouble shooting, all appears to be fine with the Adobe application. Please keep us posted as we are anxious to view the 2014 Edge. Thank you.
Hey all,
We've been in the process of migrating hundreds of websites and solutions to a new server because our old servers just weren't cutting it anymore. During the migration we found some legacy code that was not compatible on the new server config so we rolled back some of the solutions, and those have been having outages for a few minutes to an hour here and there.
The legacy products, like the web builder found in some older offering should be working, but if not contact customer support with your login, the URL you get an error on (copy/paste from your browser address bar) and copy/paste the error or what you aren't seeing that you should be.
Those are items that aren't heavily supported since we found most people switched to packages like Wordpress that are more current (those were released 5 or 6 years ago I think, which is like 50 or 60 years in "web years", lol).
We have been working to get the sites switched over, and especially DG.com since it has been having some downtime issues as of late which should go away now.
Specifically, tonight DG.com will be transitioned so you may notice some anomalies, like logging you out of the system, or if you changed you profile pic tonight that is changed to the old one... but hopefully that will be the extent of it.
The EDGE replay areas do not have anything to do with that transition... if you can't logon to the system CS will have to get you correct login information. If you can login but you cannot view the videos I would recommend switching browsers. For the sake of eliminating any incompatibility issues I would recommend not watching them with a phone or tablet if you have problems watching them with one. I would install Firefox and ensure you have Adobe Flash Player installed. Sometimes browsers get plugins or strange security software that changes the settings and puts constrictive rules on your browser so you can't use the web properly.
