OfflineOk, so I have had the trailers fall out of escrow a few times due to the people buying them well, being the wrong fit let's say for the park..wow but today I sold two for cash and they got the ok from the park as well... one was for 10k and the other was for 13k... I had 3,700 total into the first one and 9,100 total into the second one...Glad they are gone...Will sign deal on bako trailer for 45k on saturday as well..35k profit on this one...homerun...with 15k down and owner carry at 8% for 5 years... You need to GO GET SOME PEOPLE
