Any Cash buyers available? Anywhere?

Any Cash buyers available? Anywhere?

I put an ad out about how I need cash buyers and a link for them to go to fill out thier criteria. I just want to know are there any cash buyers out there where I live? I got no response. Am I doing something wrong? Ill wait 3 more days. If still no hits, Ill change the wording. If anyone like to check out the link, here it is. What do you think? Is it good enough? Is it too obvious it make me look like a beginer? Is there something missing? Thanks for your ideas and any help.

Good start, it's just that...

Where did you put your ad? It might be in a place cash buyers aren't looking. You should have this form on your website, but - what are you doing to drive traffic to your website? I mean besides the ad you mentioned of course. You may need to make your approach more "hands on."

If what I've heard about cash buyers from other people is true, they have a lot of money because they have a lot going on all the time. Even if they find your site, they might not want to go to the trouble of sending you their info. You never know, they biggest fish in your pond might not even be computer savvy or own a computer, you know?

I guess I'm trying to say hands-on networking might get you more results faster, but keep this form on your site, just in case. Print out some copies of these questions, take them to your local RE auction. Start meeting people who just bought something, and ask them if they (or someone they know) would be interested in picking up another unit.

If your ad and website are relatively new, and/or your market is smaller, responses may come slowly if at all. The key is to diversify your efforts. Advertise yourself to everyone you know that you're in REI, go to city council, Chamber of Commerce, and Economic Development meetings in your area. Having a website is a great way to be available, but never rely on it solely. Just be patient, but also be persistent, and it won't be long until you meet someone who can help you. Best of luck to you. Hope I helped somehow...

fill-in form

I don't know about others but I'm quite leery of filling in forms that don't have a no-spam policy mentioned.
Another thing, in my opinion, is that if someone is looking to buy property they'd rather call instead of filling out a form.

Just my 2cents.

Typos

You do have a couple of typos on your forms.

ect should be etc, or et cetera (this appears more than once)

els should be else (appears above the box)

I would recommend that the boxes be larger. If you'd want me to put in as much info as possible, I should have lots of room. It would make it easier for me to read what I've typed.

If you do a search on this site, someone has compiled a list of over 100 ways to find cash buyers.

As others have said, I would want to be sure that my info was going to be held privately and not shared. If I had info on whoever I was giving my info to would help as well.
