Hello Everyone,
I've been searching this website, and through Google, for a good form I can use that is already made up. I'm needing to call a bunch of buyers and sellers back from my signs and can't find a good form. I am excellent with Excel, but haven't had time yet in the past few days to build something. So I'm looking for something quick I can work off of until then, and maybe even use it as a template to create a new modified form as I find more specific questions to ask later.
If anyone has a good form to use, please PM me so I can contact you about it with a way to get it to me.
Thanks everyone!

I don't know if this form is what you are looking for? http://www.deangraziosi.com/ufiles/Buyers_List.pdf

That works...I know spreadsheets have a limited amount of space to put anything written. It became late and I'm not able to call anyone back from this weekend until Wednesday due to my work/sleep schedule (work 5pm to 5am, so missing critical time to call when people are home from work). I'll probably use this one for the buyer's list. Based on the questions I found in this forum address below, I'll probably create a custom spreadsheet form for the seller:

and also this for "qualifying buyers checklist":

There is both info from "sphony" and further down "jjensen" that are very good to maybe create forms from. If you don't mind me asking, where did you find the Buyer's List pdf form? I see it is on this site, in a directory called "ufiles", but I'm not sure where the starting link is to get to those files. If you click on the "Forms and Docs" link on the left-hand side of the page, under "Student Resources", that form is not listed there. I think maybe a lot of actual pdf forms links that are being sent around from this website, that aren't on that page, should be on that page. Wouldn't that make sense, since it is information that should be easily available to everyone? That is the first place I looked. Just food for thought to those who control this website!
Anyhow, thanks for the response and any other response I get.

I don't remember how I found it, but if you type in "Your Town Your Profits Forms - BONUS Material" it will bring up some great forms.
I had it bookmarked!
Have fun!

I believe these are files hosted in user profiles. If you look in my sig I have the REglossary.pdf listed in there. The actual file was uploaded to my profile and the full url of it is "http://www.deangraziosi.com/ufiles/REglossary.pdf".
So what you saw is probably somebody's file that they uploaded and were kind enough to share with others in a reply somewhere.

Here's one that may help, it's Matt's lead sheet (for sellers) and you can get it here:

A few mods and you can make it into a buyer's lead sheet.

Here is a modified version of what I was given earlier. I tried a preliminary form of it, but it wasn't organized very well when tested on the first call I made. This modified form has been tested on 8 calls and works excellent for each call. Each section is broken down by type of info. Even though there are Y/N questions, a line for additional info is provided.
I'm creating the Buyer's Lead Sheet and Contractor's Lead Sheet (for when they do call, and they will) right now. Will upload those when finished. Any suggestions, let me know. Thanks!
