OfflineOk y'all I've recently had some folks contact me from my CL ads that I placed saying they are looking in a particular area to buy or rent. I do not have any properties currently under contract but my thought was to contact investors that have properties and I bring the buyers.
Other than contacting the investors and seeing if any of them have anything available in these areas how do I make this work so that I get the ball rolling for myself and my REI career?

So now you know what areas to focus your marketing. Get out there in the neighborhoods with bandit signs, flyers on bulletins boards, mail compaigns and find people who want to sell their homes.
