OfflineDoes someone have another idea for markeing? My craigs list and back pages adds are not getting clicked on. I dont have alot of money right now for advertising and all the free ways of advertising arent working for me right now. We need a better and in expensive method. Oh And bandit signs dont work our city doesnt let us use them. Now what do i do. Thanks for any help i can get.

You could try calling "For Rent" ads and seeing if they would be interested in selling instead of renting, and if not, if they would be interested in buying more properties to increase their portfolio.
You could also get a list of cash buyers and/or expired MLS listings from a realtor and market to those.
May I ask what's in your Craigslist and Backpage ads?

Havent seen any for rent signs around my area lately. I am also having trouble finding the right realtor to send me the expired listings. Any other ideas? I will keep trying all of these anyway something is bound to burst out soon. Thanks
