OfflineIn the Edge 2011 DVD Matt mentions that you can find buyers by using the hud.gov website. I have been to the hud website in my state of OH and I do not see where I can view bids on properties placed by other investors. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Used to teach the HUD hound buyer find method, but It hasn't worked since MCB website stopped managing the reo's for a bunch of states. Other than that's it's a great idea.

I asked my SA coach about this and he said if you ask your RE agent for a list of cash sales that these HUD sales will be on there too because they are listed on the MLS as well.

Awesome....there is still hope. I have my list of cash buyers that I am comparing against the expired listings. Hopefully something will come out of it.

I see what you're doing, maybe ask your agent if they can help you by refining the searches more.
For instance, match up all 3bd 1bh cash buyers with the same in expired listings. Or compare sq footage cash buyers/expireds.
The more work you have other people do, the more time you have for doing what you want.
