OfflineI have decided that i am going to spend this weekend putting up bandit signs and calling home owners.
I wanted to ask as i cant get out much as i am buying and selling away from my home area what things you guys do to find home owners to call them about buying their homes.
I already started looking on rent.com, but any other suggestions would be great..thank you

go to Craigslist, also FSBO, check out the newspaper classifieds in the area...
once you have a list of properties, start calling them and keep a log of what you talked about, info about the property, whey owner wants to sell, etc; then a few weeks later, you can check back to se if the properties haven't sold... owners will be more motivated
