When it comes to a list that you guys are sending direct mail to do you send the literature to the whole list or do you sort through the list to see who has equity in their house and only send it to those few? (Thats what I did) It seems doing it that way will drastically reduce the amount of people you will mail to.
Also, is yellow letterst the best thing to use? And if so, can I handwrite my own on yellow paper and make copies, or is it best to handwirte in red?
Also, I've read about guys doing combinations of mailings after a couple of weeks. Like yellow letter, regular letter, post card spread out in one week intervals. Could you give me a good format to follow, and also a good form for different types of letters.
I'm about to begin my first campaign to 30 to 50 30-60-90 list with equity in them. All help appreciated.

This is a numbers game, the more you send, the more chances you get a contract/deal. But yes, I sometimes look if there's any equity, but I often make a low blow offer especially on locations that i'm sure I have a potential buyer.
On doing mails, I use click2mail.com. I have already proven there efficiency when it comes to mailing my postcards/letters. Just go to there website and you'll see a lot of options. If you navigate more, they also have different colors to choose from but I always use white with black print because it's much cheaper. Only 32cents a piece including the stamp and delivered directly to your potential clients. It's very effective. They have templates that you can download and fill them out with the names of your clients and it's addresses including your message. Blessings to all. LA
Good luck
