The houses are free and clear and the seller has the deeds! How do I get buyers! Man I'm so close to closing the deal! I have put ad on craiglist so if you guess can help me it would be a big blessing!

You say they're free and clear? Would they do seller financing? That is a GOLDMINE! There's another thread on here that covered assigning a seller financing. If they are willing to financing, that's a HUGE selling point. Where are the houses at? Talk to your sellers and definitely see if they'd considered seller financing, selling them on how beneficial it is to them.

Then, if you don't want to pick them up yourself with the seller financing, other posters have given you some suggestions.
PS. If they do have seller financing, I may be interested, depending upon where they are!

Go to upper left hand corner and type in "80 ways to find Buyers by Jeff Jensen.
He will give you ideas to find buyers.
Get in contact with your local Real Estate Investor Group(s) and post to them explaining what you have and if they are interested. This is the beginning of your networking and you can also place free ads in the local penny saver or nickle ad newspapers. Read the posts here for great ideas to assist you in finding buyers.
