Can anyone tell me, or break down the scenario of what Matt means when at the edge 2012 event he says that you can get your buyers to go faster and buy properties from you and then refi them. And is that no season refi, and then be able to pull all of their (the buyers) money back out for cash flow. I don't really understand this. Thanks, Tammy

I wasn't at the 2012 Edge but I can explain it.
The buyer buys the first property.
You already have a bank lined up that will do no season refi.
They pull the money back out.
They buy next property with that cash.
Rinse and repeat and repeat and repeat...
Many buyers don't realize they can do this, thinking they can't purchase next property until they save up more money. It is a matter of educating our buyers to make them more successful along with us.
Does that make it more understandable?
