Hi Adam,

First of all, congrats on getting the deals.....Now I would suggest to you if you haven't already advertise these deals on www.craigslist.com, also on www.connectedinvestors.com (lots of wholesalers on there as well as buyers), lastly try www.myhousedeals.com (lots of buyers go to this site to find deals).

You may also try to call your local landlord association and market them as cash flow properties to there members.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Shah

Thanks for the great advise!

Thank you Shah

for sharing this...more networking...more deals...

Adam

It may be helpful if you posted the numbers for investors, i.e. what is the price, the FMV, the ARV, how much would they rent for, rehab cost, etc...

Wishing you success,

Your right! I need to do my homework and post it so investors know exactly what they're getting! I just picked up this wonderful software that creates a extremely professional spreadsheet. I notice your also here in the bay area. Do you do focus on local or out of state deals? I have a large investor in Palo Alto who is always looking for deals, but I can't find any? Any help would be great!

Thanks, Adam
