I talked and talked & talked found leads from people I didn't know. but were willing to help In resturants , church every time I senced an opertunity to bring up the subject my best lead was found while getting a hair cut . I have found that people are willing to help anybody who is willing to try I think attatude is everything also honesty . I simply told them what I was tring to do and waited for a responce stated my goals showed them what I had learned and asked for help . I am a maintiance man by trade so while looking for work I lead into my investment hopes . It didn't hurt that I am willing to put some sweat equity into the deal if posible . That way when I find a fixer upper I can make money on the sale and the repair I have started putting up bandit signs up to reach out to people I couldn't reach otherwise

I haven't tried the bandit signs yet, but I think I'm going to order some tomorrow. Thanks for the response!!

I think from what I've seen from other successful investors and people that are taking different approaches on the marketing side of the business says that the homemade signs are really a success have you thought about trying that out first? Just a thought.

I have not, but it's worth a try!
