Offlinethe guy that wants to buy the home wants to send a cashiers check threw the mail.
Ive heard a lot of scams that do with cashiers checks.. what do i do? is there another way for him to buy the house with out the cashiers check??

Call the Bank on the check if it is legit or ask the guy first what bank. I prefer Certified Check or Cashier's Check myself. Blessings to all. LA

The last few closings that I went to the Attorney required the buyers funds to be wired to them. That way there are no issues with bad / **** checks. Hope that helps.

i guess it was a fake cashiers check cause when i told him that im going to use a title company i never heard from him again.. thanks guys and gals
