Ok I have read Profit from Real Estate Now and Be a Real Estate Millionaire. I am finishing up Your town Your Real Estate Profits.
I have posted an add on craigs list to build my list and have had some call backs.
I have contacted a couple of banks about the REO in my tarketed area
I chose my target area because it was close to me and provided conveinence to shopping schools and interstate access.
I guess now all I need to do is find that killer deal!

Things are going pretty well. I am building my list of buyers and renters and it seems that my target area is pretty hot with renters. Once I mention the locations they are very excited.
I have decided to focus on getting a lease option or assignment out of the way first since my money is limited. I need to built my investor buyer list though. Does anyone have any suggestions??

Ok I did it and I am really excited about it! I joined Deans Real Estate Academy two days ago and now I am knee deep in the training. I talked to one of Dean's consultants and he was just as excited as I was. I have set my goals and I am going after them with a vengence.

OK I am moving right along and working on my buyers list.I have talked with at least two coaches and I am working on my homework. I think I kind of went through information overload but when I called the hotline they put me back on track. So far I am happy with the coaching I am receiving.

I have really been out to lunch for a few days. I had to take a trip home to see my mother and handle some business but I am back now. I kinda got off track during this period but now I'm back on track and track to my success Academy Lessons. I can tell you it feels good too. I am another step toward reaching my goals.

I took a trip last weekend to Birmingham and ran into just the mortage broker that I was planning to contact anyway. Hopefully she will workout and work with me in the future. I have also had a good response from my online ads that I have ran and received a call from Real Estate Company looking for any houses I had for sale. I additioni have an conference call with a real Estate Agent on tomorrow. Now it seems like I am moving again.
