We are one of those who got the books last fall, read them, joined the academy and did nothing. Well, I read and gathered information,..When I had time. But you know the saying, "No Body has Time, You Have to Make Time." We went to the edge 2010 with the intent to come home and finally get to it. But we didn't! "You can make excuses or you can make money, but you can't make both." So I won't tell you my reasons. Although I think they are very good. The scary thing is, we quite our business and moved to a new city last winter and we have focused so much on getting things done around here, that we are now a bit panicked about getting some deals done. ASAP! Why? Because the savings is running low. Gulp!
What have I done this week? I have made an offer on a half completed house, that was turned down. I have been glued to this site, I have reached out to Lorina, Anita and Carol. I hear Anita is doing great and she lives less then an hour away. I have posted some adds on Craig's List looking for buyers, I have found a buyer looking for something specific that has money and can qualify for the rest, I have contacted a guy who sends me info about apt. buildings about my buyer. I have listened to some of Dean's DVD's, I joined an investment group on this site, We are at the point of "Show me The Money" so I will keep you posted. This will keep me accountable. And I give any of you permission to please get on my case if you don't hear back from me. I need an accountability team!!!
