OfflineI just want to say thanks to the DG Family. I always receive positive feedback from everyone and the support is outstanding. I have only had PFRERN for a month but am reading it for the third time and taking a bunch of notes. I am working on getting my team together. You know RE Agent, mortgage broker, RE Attorney, investors, etc. I think it is important to have a great team in place before I start making offers. I just don't want to make an offer that gets accepted and not have any buyers in place or the people to get the deal done. Just getting all my ducks in a row at this point. Again thanks to everyone.
