OfflineWell we've run into a road block. We're trying to build a sellers list and we've placed a few flyers around (not many bulletin boards in our area) and we have an ad in the paper and STILL have not received any calls. This is 3 days now. We've made up some bandit signs and are going to put them up on Friday (per Greg Murphy's video).
Anyone have any suggestions on how to generate some calls?

Give it time; it might be where its so common that no one takes you serious
Also depending on what state you're in, post on craigslist in every area in the atate. From there you'll have to weed out the 'assigners' from the 'money holders'

Thanks for the advise. Craigslist doesn't have our town listed so I guess I'll just put an ad in both cities that are listed that are fairly near us. We'll keep on truckin. Jean
I know but when we posted our ad for our buyers list the phone was ringing off the hook the day the paper came out. I thought our sellers ad would be the same. I'll just be patient. Thanks for the encouragement.
