I just got through reading his books and I am really inspired by them and also by everyone's sharing about their experiences and accomplishments......I'm excited about my future for the first time in a long time and can't wait to get started. Can't wait to share my details....hopefully I have some by next week. I found my FSBOs by driving the neighborhoods, newspapers and FSBO websites. I see so many opportunities everywhere....I wish that I had the money to buy them up for myself...lol!!!! Hopefully soon...... Take care and I'll talk to you soon!

Another loooong day, but I feel like I got a lot accomplished.I've been on the DG Website since about 9am (almost 8 hours......yikes!) now I know why my eyeballs feel like they're going to pop outta my head...lol!!! Anyways, I've been reading a ton of threads and posts on wholesaling, assigning and getting the deals done. Whew.....lots of great information, but need to get some money quick! April's bills are just around the corner and I only have about $100 bucks to my name right now.....but I KNOW THINGS WILL TURN AROUND!
I'm supposed to sign paperwork tomorrow for my first deal, but until things are signed, I'm not counting on them. I also met with a BIG INVESTOR in Newport Beach, CA and he wants to meet with me on Wednesday afternoon for a private meeting with his partner (YEAH!!) He only works with deals from $2 Million and UP and we've kinda become friends.......so you never know!!!!!
Well, here's hoping to put some offers in this week and making lots of money!

Today I put in an offer on an REO. There are 3 other offers in but no counters out yet. I'm sure it will come back Highest and Best, but I put in the highest and best, so we'll see. I guess I'm going to look at Matt's 25:1 ratio with offers and put in as many as possible until something gets accepted
I hope it's soon because money is running out and I want to be able to post that I did MY FIRST DEAL!!!!!!!! It will give me some breathing room as well as the confidence to keep going......I KNOW IT WORKS, I JUST NEED TO KEEP REMINDING MYSELF TO STAY FOCUSED!!!!! Onward and upward

I just put in another offer on an REO today. There aren't any offers in as of yet, so hopefully it will get submitted with no competition. Hmmmm, we'll see. I'm putting post-its everywhere with 25:1 on it and YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! lol!! It keeps me smiling and focused at the same time

That is the attitude that's going to make it work! I'm still futsing with the organization stuff first. Guess I should just jump in and make it happen too! Inspiration girl! You are doing wonderful! And, you WILL succeed!
I've yet to find an REO that doesn't require a pre approval letter, so you're wayyyy ahead of me! Go Go GO!!!
Tick tock...tick tock....hmmm, waiting for a response to 2 offers I put in and I'm really nervous (lol!) I'm worried that they will be rejected and just as nervous if they are accepted!!!?? UGH!!!
Go figure...lol!

Thanks for stopping by and thank you so much for your comments....it really keeps me inspired and determined to succeed
Also, I totally get the "organizational" stuff....it's been getting the best of me lately...lol! And for me, I had to jump in or forget it. I need to stay focused and "just do it" otherwise I get caught up in the "what if" syndrome and Analysis Paralysis which leads me nowhere.
And as for REOs, yes you need a proof of funds letter which you can get from Coastal Funding if you need one. I can't wait to post my first closed deal!!!! And I will be looking for yours too.....

Well today has been filled with Real Estate...YAY! I currently have 3 offers out, 1 counter offer and then met with my BIG investor guy and his partner who want to purchase LOTS of properties......apartment buildings, commercial/retail, etc......anything with a positive up to $10 Million CASH! Now all I need to do is find them some properties. Things are finally looking up a bit
Can't wait to post my FIRST CLOSING WITH CASH IN HAND!!!
