I have read around 175 pages now and am now getting into what Dean says Is the good stuff very interesting read

as for my latest deal i have run into some snags with the mortgage company and ,may have to change gears and plan a new stradegy Will keep plugging away

just finished another four day stint at my real job for now have three days off now to study ,read and look for buyers and possibly another deal

I got a call from one of my old co workers seemed to cheer me up some I went and looked at property to day and am looking forward to the call on tuesday at six pm PST

Hello again

I am starting to get some where have talked with a couple of investors and have one lead on a REI meeting about 35 minutes away from my home base. Looked at more property and have identified a few I want to make offers on.
I need to find investors to give the proof of funds letter and I will be ready to rock and roll

I have almost completely read the right now book and will be reading the other book when I finish this one.

Still struggling with the buyers list but have some ideas how to get this going with out looking like i could be an agent ( I was an agent before and dont want to be one anymore)

Sounds like your off to a good start. Congratulations for completing Dean's book. Often I will reread the book to get even more tidbits of information. in regards to buidling a buyer's list Coach Jeff Jensen wrote a great blog "80 ways to find buyers". I atatched the lnik for your reference:

I finished the book on right now and have read to through the fear of failure part in the be a RE millionaire book fun stuff if you havent read it I recommend it as required reading for all of us that has fears of failure

been in the dumps lately but I need to move forward I have been looking for a job but perhaps I should just see how far this RE gig will take me

Trying to find a meeting for REI's

I think I will try and hit the foreclosure sale tomorrow and see who is there aaaaaaaaand find some investors to perhaps work with

Looked at homes today and drove around a neighbor hood that I am interested in and found 35-40 plus homes for sale I will crunch numbers and make offers on one or three or more

I went back too school I am looking to do some deals please help I need to find a real estate agent that will work with me and not wan t a funding letter before they will even get off their ass and show me any property

I sold real estate for over twenty years and I say bull**** to this concept perhaps they will lower the commiss by about 75%
