Hello, I was wondering if you could help me with a question about the PMI site? Seems to have changed since I was last on it and I can't log on (it's been a while) I didn't know how else to get in touch with them as I haven't been able to get through to them using their contact info. (kinda weird)

I just put a property of mine up for rent and was able to rent it quickly. Placing a property up for rent is always a fun adventure. Its like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get.

Luckily I had a referral from another investor of a great renter that has been qualified and is now renting the property.

It is a great thing when you have passive income coming in. It makes it all worth it when you are now seeing returns on the investments we put our money into.

Great job for getting started with your journal. It will be fun to see what you are working on and the students you are helping.

I coach with Mike, he is a fantastic trainer.

I'm excited this week. I have been working with students all over the country getting them going in the success academy.

I teach them very important principles that if everyone applied there would be so much more change in this world and in people lives.

I teach them that they need to get educated. and that is why they are here with Dean and his academy. We will provide that for them.

But if every student will just take action on what they are taught they will see success. That is so important and I can't stress that enough.

Thank you for your kind words. There are no dumb question. Just remember do not quit. If you need anything the coaches are a phone call away. Just follow Deans plan you can do it. Write down your goals and then go for it. Get your buyers list put togeather and then get out and find property to match up to your buyers. If your not making offers you can't make money. You can do it.
