Thank you DG and Matt Larson. Today I use Matt Larson's words about how to select and work with the right real estate agent.
Believe me I felt the fear of calling the Agent but I refuse to let it paralyze me because my WHY is more important to me than the fear of the unknown or being told no.
Anyway I called the ReMax office # and the Agent herself answered the phone.. my heart started beating really fast. So I just started reading Matt's words directly from the pages of 30 days to real estate cash. I told Doris that I was a very serious investor and I'm looking to buy, fix and sell a property and I want to turn a $20,000 to $25,000 profit. I asked her where are the hottest selling properties right now, I told her I'd like to look at 6 to 8 listings and if she would email them to me. She asked me what was my price range and I told her 120k - 300k. She said that she could help me because this is what she does everyday and she's working with multiple investors, she said that she will do her homework and email the list to me. I told her that I'm putting together a team and she said she'd be glad to be on my team. I said Awesome and I ending the conversation with I'll expect to get the email within 24 hours and she said yes.
I'm so glad that I took action. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Good job, the more you talk to different agents the more comfortable your going to feel. Remember what Matt said, these agents are sometimes scared as well when they first talk to us investors. Just try to sound real estate savvy and you wont have a problem. Good luck
